Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical challenges.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email that includes your tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

We currently ship to:

  • All major cities and towns within India

  • Selected pin codes serviced by our courier partners

If your address is outside our serviceable zone, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.
Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may experience delays or be returned to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.
If your package is damaged upon delivery:

We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
If international shipping becomes available in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.
