Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received. It must also be in its original packaging.

Please note that several types of goods are non-returnable:

  • Perishable products such as spices, food items, herbs, consumables, etc.

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

  • Downloadable digital products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale items, discounted items, or promotional products cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.
