Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellations
We accept order cancellation requests within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Cancellation Approval
Once we receive your cancellation request:

We will verify whether the order is still eligible for cancellation.

You will be notified via email confirming whether your cancellation request has been approved or denied.
Refund for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation is approved:

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

It may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If your cancellation request is denied because the order has already shipped, you may still be eligible to initiate a return after receiving the product (subject to our Refund & Return Policy).
Non-Cancellable Items
Certain items cannot be canceled, including:

Perishable goods that are already prepared for dispatch

Customized or special-order items

Digital downloads or gift cards

Orders already packed or shipped
Delayed Orders
If your order is significantly delayed due to circumstances on our end, you may request a cancellation even if the 24-hour period has passed. We will review such requests on a case-by-case basis.
